1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement governing the use of the 456bet platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services. This document defines the relationship between the user ("you" or "member") and the organisation operating 456bet. By accessing, browsing or creating an account on the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.
456bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. The services described in these Terms include sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games and other gaming activities. The site is designed for Bangladeshi users and provides services in the Bengali language.
In addition to these Terms, our other policies also apply. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used on the platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms will take precedence.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on 456bet and use any gaming services, you must be at least 21 years old. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may create only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be closed. If multiple members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or network, 456bet may request information for verification.
2.3 Registration Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed. Government-issued identification or other documents may be requested for identity verification when necessary.

2.4 Verification Process
456bet reserves the right to verify any account at any time. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal request may be delayed.
3 Account Management and Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your 456bet account username and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone and never allow a third party to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 456bet support team immediately.
Keep your password hard to guess — use a mix of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters. If any suspicious activity is detected on your account, 456bet reserves the right to take necessary protective measures, such as temporarily locking the account.
4 Deposits and Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
456bet currently accepts deposits through popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh. The accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.
4.3 Legitimacy of Funds
Money deposited into 456bet must come from your own legitimate sources. Depositing using a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule may result in account verification and funds being held.
5 Withdrawals and Fund Transfers
5.1 Withdrawal Methods
bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to withdraw funds. You must use the payment method registered with your account when making a withdrawal.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be processed.
5.3 Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. In cases where identity verification is required, this time may be longer.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions
- Bonus funds in your balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
- If there are active bets on your account when a withdrawal request is submitted, the withdrawal will be processed after those bets are settled.
- In the case of suspicious activity, 456bet may put a withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.
- If identity verification is requested, providing the required information and documents is mandatory.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.
6.2 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus funds are tracked separately from deposited funds.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- A member may benefit from a bonus offer only once.
- 456bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse or strategic betting patterns are detected.
- Each promotion may have a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
6.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

7 Betting Rules and Casino Rules
7.1 Sports Betting
Specific rules apply to betting on cricket, football and other sports on 456bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets are accepted before an event starts or, for live betting, within the designated time.
7.2 Cancelled Matches or Unresolved Results
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. In the event of a delay or dispute in determining a result, 456bet will settle the bet after the official result is announced.
7.3 Casino Games
The rules for live casino, slots and other games are governed by the guidelines of the respective game provider. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, 456bet will resolve the matter in accordance with its established policy.
7.4 Technical Errors
If the outcome of a bet or game is affected by a server error or disconnection, 456bet will make a decision after review. 456bet reserves the right to correct erroneous odds or incorrect payouts.
8 VIP Program
The 456bet VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A member's tier is determined based on their gaming activity.
The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum, and up to 1.2% at Diamond.
VIP membership benefits depend on the member's continued activity. Tier level may change after a period of inactivity. Contact the 456bet support team for specific terms related to the VIP program.
9 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bet platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Bonus abuse, hedging or systematic arbitrage strategies.
- Creating multiple accounts or claiming the same bonus more than once.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
- Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack them.
- Transferring or receiving funds from third-party accounts.
- Match fixing or placing bets to gain any unlawful advantage.
- Demeaning, offensive or threatening behaviour towards other members or staff.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by 456bet
456bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
- Fraudulent or dishonest activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
- Instructions from authorities or legal obligations.
10.2 Account Closure by the Member
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the 456bet support team. Any outstanding bets and bonus conditions must be settled before the account is closed. The closure will take effect after any legitimate balance has been withdrawn.
11 Limitation of Liability
456bet is not responsible for financial losses arising from gaming and betting. The platform accepts no liability for any loss caused by technical issues, third-party service disruptions or internet connectivity problems.
456bet will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or government directives. Information available on the platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
12 Privacy & Data Protection

The platform uses SSL encryption and other security measures to keep your personal and financial information secure. The provisions stated in our privacy policy apply to any transfer of information to third parties.
13 Responsible Gambling

13.1 Self-Control Tools
456bet provides various tools to help members manage their own gaming. Options to set deposit limits, self-exclude, and temporarily suspend an account are available. Contact the support team to use these features.
13.2 Protection of Minors
Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any gaming services. It is your responsibility to ensure that no underage member of your household can access the platform.
14 Changes to Terms & Final Provisions
14.1 Right to Modify Terms
456bet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes as much as possible in advance. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you are considered to have accepted the new terms.
14.2 Language
The Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered authoritative. If there is any difference between a translated version and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
14.3 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions must first be attempted to be resolved through the 456bet support team. The support team provides service in Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat and email.
14.4 Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. Failure to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver of that provision.
14.5 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and other related policies together form the entire agreement between 456bet and the member. No oral or written promises beyond these constitute part of this agreement.
